Author Guidelines

  • This journal is an international refereed journal and is published twice a year (April - October).
  • The language of our journal is English.
  • The submitted papers should not be published elsewhere or sent for publication.
  • Transmission, acceptance, follow-up and refereeing procedures are carried out online.
  • It is mandatory to provide sources in the excerpts from all kinds of articles published in the journal.
  • Manuscripts submitted to the journal for publication are sent to at least two referees after their initial evaluation by the editorial board. In line with the report to be received from the referees, the editorial board decides whether to ask the author for corrections or not. The publication decision is notified to the corresponding author as soon as possible.
  • The texts requested to be published in the journal should be submitted online and sent directly as well to the Editor-In Chief at the following address (fadi.alturjman@neu.edu.tr) as an e-mail attachment (including the MS Word document or Latex source files).
  • Authors whose native language is not English should have a specialist whose native language is English read and make the necessary corrections before submitting the texts they write in English.
  • Articles that do not comply with the writing and formatting rules are not sent to the referee and are not published.
  • The final version of a paper must be maximum 8 pages and be prepared according to the guidelines defined in the journal Template (here). Extra pages (more than 8) of the accepted publication imply the payment of 50USD per page. The paper should be submitted initially in DOC, DOCX, or PDF formats (in English only).
  • Authors should download the copyright transfer forms, then sign them and scan them through the browser and send them with their final manuscripts.
