About the Journal
The Journal of Near East University Islamic Research Center, scanned in TR Index and other national/international indexes, is a scientific refereed journal published online and in print twice a year (June and December) since 2015.
Our journal aims to publish academic studies and original research focusing on the history of sciences and disciplines in the context of Islamic civilization.
Our journal is open to experts from all over the world and publishes in Turkish and English.
Articles submitted for publication in our journal are subject to at least two blind peer reviews.
There is no fee for the publication of the articles sent to our journal and for access to the articles published in our journal.

The Journal of Near East University Islamic Research Center aims to provide a platform for the publication of academic studies and original research focusing on the history of sciences and disciplines in the context of Islamic civilization. The journal places a special emphasis on approaches that address the scientific and intellectual heritage of Islamic civilization, its historical development, its impact in the contemporary context, and its interactions with other civilizations.
While the journal includes a wide range of studies on the history of Islamic sciences and disciplines, it gives priority to studies that examine the contributions of Islamic civilization and its interactions with modern sciences. In this context, the journal aims to bring to light the contributions of Islamic civilization to the history of science and thought, enrich academic debates and strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue.
The Editorial Board of the Journal of Near East University Islamic Research Center undertakes to comply with the criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

No financial support is provided to the author/translator for copyright and any other fees.
The author is deemed to have accepted all financial, legal and scientific responsibility from the date he sent his article/translation to the Journal of Near East University Islamic Research Center.
