Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Authors must consider all the following rules when submitting articles to the journal. The referee will not evaluate submissions that do not comply with these rules.
Articles should be prepared as MS Word files. The text should not exceed 6500-7000 words. The text should be in Times New Roman, 11 point, with 1 pt (single) line spacing. Margins should be set as follows: (top 2.5 cm, bottom 2.5 cm, left 2.5 cm, right 2.5 cm, groove 0). Headings should be 12 point (bold). Explanatory footnotes should be 9 point size and single line spacing. Paragraph indentations and spacing should be structured as follows:
Alignment: Justify
Outline Level: Body Text
Indent: Left and Right "2.5 cm."
Above and below: First Line "2.5 cm."
Spacing: "6 pt" Before and After
Line Spacing: Single "1 pt"
An English abstract of no more than 200-250 words should be added to the beginning of the article. Abstracts should be written in 11-point font with single line spacing. 5-8 keywords related to the article should be determined and should be in English. The article should begin with an introduction that focuses on the hypothesis, scope, and purpose. The development section, which can be supported by subheadings and sub-headings, should be supported by data, observations, opinions, interpretations, and discussions. The conclusion section should explain the study's findings and present recommendations. Headings within the Article: Main and subheadings should be created according to the numerical-letter system used in the article, depending on the topic's treatment.
Photographs, Maps, and Tables: Photographs, plans, and tables used in the text should not extend beyond the page layout. Such documents should be at a resolution suitable for the printing technique and numbered if there are multiple. Quotations and References: Quotations should be written in quotation marks and italics. References should be placed next to the quotations using APA. The APA technique should be used for citing sources. Citations and references should be indicated in parentheses in the appropriate place in the text, using the author's last name and the publication date of the cited work (see Section III: Footnote and Bibliography Rules). Footnotes should only be used for a limited number of explanations and should be numbered.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be used on the same page without being divided. Tables should be in 10-point font. Table numbers (Table X.) should be placed at the beginning of the table, with the first letter of the table title capitalized. Figure numbers (Figure X.) should be placed below the figure, with only the first letter of the figure title capitalized. Tables should be centered on the page, and the table title should be placed starting from the same line as the table. For tables and figures cited in other works, a citation should be added to the end of the table/figure title.
Appendices
When appendices appear, they should be presented on a new page under the heading "Appendices" as "Appendices.1, Appendices. 2…”
Compliance with Rules
Authors must ensure that their full texts comply with all specified guidelines. Texts that do not comply with these rules will not be evaluated.
Article Submission and Monitoring
Articles can be uploaded to the system after registering on the journal's website. Similarly, the evaluation process can be followed online.
