Duties of authors
Reporting Standards
Authors should provide an objective discussion of the correct explanation and importance of the work. The basic data should be displayed correctly on the paper. An article should contain sufficient detail and references to allow it to be understood. Fraudulent or intentional misrepresentation creates unethical behavior and is unacceptable.
Ethics Committee Permit and Research Permit
Ethics committee approval must be obtained for researches and studies on clinical and experimental human and animals requiring ethical committee decisions, this approval must be stated and documented in the article.
The articles should include the statement that Research and Publication Ethics are complied with.
In studies requiring ethics committee permission, information about the permit (board name, date and number no) should be included in the method section and also on the first / last page of the article. In case reports, information about the volunteer informed / consent form being signed should be included in the article.
Data Access and Storage
Authors may be required to submit raw data in connection with an article for editorial review and, if appropriate, they should be prepared to provide public access to this data and, in any case, to store such data for a reasonable period after publication.
Originality, Plagiarism and Acceptance of Resources
Authors should ensure that their work is original, and if the authors have used the work and / or words of others, they should be cited appropriately. Publications that are effective in determining the quality of the paper should also be mentioned. Plagiarism constitutes any unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
Multi, Redundant or Simultaneous Broadcast
An author should generally not publish articles that describe the same research as more than one journal or primary publication. Submission of the same article to more than one journal at the same time brings unethical publication behavior. In general, an author should not submit manuscripts previously published in another journal.
Any copyrighted material may not be published elsewhere. In addition, articles reviewed by the journal should not be resubmitted to copyrighted publications. However, by sending a manuscript text, the author (s) protects the rights of the published material. The copyright remains with the authors (CC-BY), so that they can decide the final republishment of their texts. The primary reference should be specified in the secondary publication.
Authorship of paper
Authorship should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the thought, design, execution or interpretation of the work being reported. All contributors should be listed as co-authors. The author ensures that all contributing authors and intruders are included in the author list.
Where others are involved in certain aspects of the research project, they should be accepted or listed as contributors. All co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to submit it for publication.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
All authors should include a description of any financial or other financial conflicts of interest that may be interpreted to affect the results or interpretation of their articles. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed. Potential conflicts of interest should be explained as early as possible. Readers should be informed about who funded the research and the role of funders in the research.
Basic Errors in Published Works
When a writer detects a major mistake or a mistake in his / her published work, he or she must immediately work with the editor to inform the editor or publisher and to withdraw or correct his / her paper. If the editor or publisher learns of a published work with a significant error from a third party, the author must immediately withdraw or correct the article or prove to the editor the objectivity of the objective document.
