Alzheimer's disease is characterized by progressive deterioration of various cognitive and behavioral abilities. This places significant responsibilities on caregivers of Alzheimer's patients, who need constant attention. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the psychological help-seeking attitudes, self-efficacy and stress coping styles of caregivers of Alzheimer's patients. The relational screening model was used in the study, and the sample consisted of 120 individuals caring for Alzheimer's patients. The analysis of the data obtained from this study was done with SPSS 25.0. It was found that the variable that best explained the change in the attitude towards seeking psychological help was the approach of applying for social support. At the same time, it was determined that there was a significant relationship between the caregivers' coping styles with stress and their self-efficacy levels, and that the self-confident approach was a significant predictor of self-efficacy. It is thought that the research on Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers will contribute to taking measures to minimize the problems experienced and to improve their quality of life.Downloads
