AIM AND SCOPE
Aim
NEU Journal of Social Sciences of Near East University is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in April and October. The journal aims to encourage qualified academic publishing in the field of social sciences and to present its problems and solution proposals to the knowledge of the academic world and the wider public in an objective framework by encouraging research and studies on universal problems.
Scope
Our journal publishes scientific studies in Turkish and English, which are open to all related fields of social sciences. In these areas and related sub-areas, studies based on both conceptual and field research are included in order to spread and develop knowledge, especially with regard to interdisciplinary relations. Each article that goes through the pre-evaluation process, which is considered to be in compliance with the publication principles of the journal, goes through the double-blind refereeing process before publication.

PUBLICATION POLICY
NEU Journal of Social Sciences started its publication life in April 2008. NEU Journal of Social Sciences of Near East University is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in April and October. The journal aims to encourage qualified academic publishing in the field of social sciences and to present its problems and solution proposals to the knowledge of the academic world and the wider public in an objective framework by encouraging research and studies on universal problems.
In its tenth year, the Near East University Journal of Social Sciences continues its publication life with its renewed face and management team continues to address the nature of social sciences with the same determination and determination. Like the dynamism and excitement that innovation brings to every field, our journal has changed, renewed and presented a new issue to its esteemed readers with the synergy brought by a new team in light of the contribution that Near East University has made to the national and international community.
Original articles written in various fields of interest (history, political science, public administration, international relations, economics, business, law, sociology, communication, anthropology, psychology, etc.) and all kinds of interdisciplinary methods and orientations under the umbrella of social sciences (theoretical studies, field studies, case studies, etc.) and in general, the relationship between theory and philosophical foundations are published in the journal.
PLAGIARISM SCREENING POLICY
Every submission is processed through plagiarism software (Turnitin) through Near East University Grand Library. Once an act of plagiarism is detected, the submission is rejected and further submissions from the same author(s) are not accepted. Furthermore, the author(s) of the plagiarized works are contacted and informed about the incident immediately.
PUBLICATION FEE
The Near East University Journal of Social Sciences – NEU SOSBILDER does not charge authors for any submission, article-processing or publication fee.
